BOLDLY EMBODIED: fueling knowledge and research through our moving bodies.
In a world pushing us to socialize and learn through virtual means, we urgently need to gather to share concrete, experiential ways of learning, socializing, and building our world. Center for Moving Cultures sponsors this 1 ¼ day conference to delve into moving-to-learn approaches in pedagogy, design, theatre, science, social equity, and systemic structuring. This is an intensive in embodied cognition designed as a catalyst for innovating approaches for understanding our world and developing new concepts and solutions. We invite scientists, artists, teachers, engineers, crafters, social justice advocates, and life-long learners to participate and connect with others excited about hands-on learning.
